Marketplace operators · US, UK and worldwide

We modernise niche marketplaces.

Stamps, coins, cards, comics, and every other corner of collecting where people trade with each other. If you built one of those sites twenty years ago and are wondering who could look after the community next, and help it grow again, that is what we do.

Operators, not investors

We run marketplaces for a living

Not a fund, not a domain flipper. We operate the infrastructure behind a network of peer-to-peer marketplace sites every day, and we built and run our own auction platform for collectables.

Multi-site marketplace operations

More than 45 peer-to-peer marketplace sites in seven languages, each with its own identity and community, sorted into traffic tiers so the busy ones get the resources and the small ones stay cheap to run.

Payments and payouts

Card processors, specialist gateways, crypto and an internal wallet on the buying side; seven payout rails with fraud holds and minimums on the selling side. Sellers get paid, and the platform does not eat the chargebacks.

Fraud defence and moderation

Identity verification with a human review queue, layered spam detection down to reading the text inside images, shadow-banning, payout blocklists and bot defence. Honest members should never notice any of it.

For founders

What happens to your site

You spent twenty years building a community. Our job is to help it thrive for the next twenty. These are the things we commit to when we take one over.

  • The community comes firstThe goal is a community that thrives: more members trading, talking and coming back, not fewer.
  • Nothing is lostSame members, same listings, same feedback history, same name and address.
  • Fees stay fairNo fee hike on day one. Changes are announced early and explained.
  • The technology gets modernisedMobile-friendly rebuild, faster pages, better search, working payments.
  • Sellers are protectedFraud defence, moderation tooling and dispute handling that actually work.
  • You stay involved as long as you wantAdvise, moderate, or step away. Your call, and it can change later.
The point of it all

Helping the community thrive

A takeover is not the goal. A busier, friendlier, growing community is. This is what we actually do for the members after the paperwork.

Build what members have been asking for

Every old marketplace has a wishlist in its forum: saved searches, want lists, better photos, a mobile-friendly listing form. The first months after a takeover go to that list, in the order the members rank it.

Bring new collectors in

A community that only loses members ages out. We put the site where new collectors look: search engines, club newsletters, shows, the societies we already work with. Beginners get a gentle first trade, not a wall of jargon.

Keep the old hands at home

The members who have been there since 2003 are the reason the site is worth anything. Familiar layout, their feedback score intact, their listings untouched, and a real person answering when they write in.

Personal

We are collectors ourselves

Classic issues, postal history, Liebig cards, the literature that goes with them. We have been in the auction trade since 1999 and we know what a seller feels when a lot is mis-described. That is why these sites matter to us beyond the technology.
